Dr Mitchell J Gow / KENNISKAPITAAL is the Responsible Party for personal information collected on this website.
Name, email address, payment reference, product purchased, and any messages you send us. We use this to fulfil the order, send the files, support you, and keep required records.
Payments are processed by Paystack. Email may be processed by Brevo if you join the list. They act as operators on our instructions.
Some operators process personal information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we rely on section 72(1)(a) of POPIA: the recipient is subject to a law, binding corporate rules, or a binding agreement providing a substantially similar level of protection. Where a transfer is necessary to perform a contract with you, such as processing a payment you have initiated, we rely on section 72(1)(b).
We do not sell your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the sale, support, and the law.
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion where POPIA allows. Email insights@drmitchelljgow.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
